Life with Lotus Maria and Lucian Stone

At least once a week we try to all make dinner together and we keep trying to incorporate veggies from our garden. Thankfully the relatively foggy summer we've had had slowed down our squash production because I thought we were going to have to open our own farmer's market stand soon. And there really are only so many squash recipes. This week we sat down to eat and Lotus was pretty thrilled that we had all contributed to dinner. When we sat down she announced, "this is the best dinner ever, because we all made something. Daddy made the chili, Mommy made the salad, I made the cornbread and Lucian made a MESS!"

Nothing gets by that kid.
